I think it will sound better if you bypass the distortion on the beats.
It will get more punchier and direct.
Distortion makes you sound like all the billions of other homemade breakcore kids.
overall it sounds nice! |

Distortion can be great, but it depends on how it's used, like with everything (check the excess use of reverb with schlager music for instance )
analog distortion for the win btw |
