The festival will feature teams from different countries and regions of Russia, the main prize - 20 000 rubles in the first place. Passage of the ten contestants participating enables teams to enter the professional level, and loudly declare itself.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
To participate in the festival performers must:
- apply before 15 August 2011 in e-mail: metagalaxy.fest @ gmail.com, in a letter - name, contact information, and city.
- stick to the letter 2 (!) Track (mp3, 320 kbps).
Of the total number of applications will be selected 10 artists who will participate in the competitive part of the festival with songs sent by.
