♫♫♫♫♫♫♪♪♪♪♪♪
Starring: Krinjah, Math Rosen, Medicine Muffin, Hugsnotdrugs, Abstract Random, C-Warrior, B7, Le Freak, Infinity Dose, TalixZen and Ninjah Fareye.

in the Serious Bizness Room:

*Krinjah (http://www.myspace.com/krinjah) - Krinjah represents North American jungle across the world as he is one of the top producers and leading lights in the resurgence of the ragga scene. Krinjah’s unreleased dubplates are among the most sought after in the world, getting rinsed out wherever the ragga vibe flows. This man may have the most respected name in the ragga jungle game.

*Medicine Muffin (CKLN 88.1FM Saturdays 10pm-12) - Put best in his own words; "...led into jungle from its hardcore and ragga early days. I've played at some of the infamous 23 Hop parties alongside DJs such as Malik X, Dr. No, Jungle P.H.D and Mark Oliver -- whom I credit with truly starting and developing Toronto's jungle scene... I may be best known for my blazing ragga sets, but my sound reflects my really diverse tastes. I like to take it everywhere. I try to give the crowds what they want, but also to introduce them to new sounds."

*Razorgrrl (http://www.razorgrrl.com/) - A major part of the Toronto Hardcore Industrial scene. Beginning her DJing in Toronto at the Thursday nights @ The Anarchist Cocktail with DJ XXX (now C10) until the club closed, she was invited to join the Toronto Industrial Kollective shortly after, becoming an integral member with her female perspective. T.i.K. held a weekly club night for over a year, and Razorgrrl worked to expand T.i.K. into other branches -- TiK Distro, TiK Recordings and the Saturation Bombing Festivals -- and was with T.i.K. until its end in July 2004. Following that, she took over the operation of TiKdistro herself, until its close in 2007. She also guests at various nights around Toronto (Techical Gltich, Optik Shift, H2-0S, Smerk, pin:ksox, DarkRave, Neutral, Z, Funhaus); and does shows out of town (Montreal,Ottawa, Quebec City).

*C-Warrior (http://cwarrior.net16.net/index.html) - Music is his addiction; he has no choice but to create. Without it there is an inbalance in his life. He creates what he thinks sounds good, trying to always look at his music outside the paradigms of his own mind to understand how to improve. The Compression Warrior is a lifestyle & his style.

*Ninjah Fareye (http://www.soundcloud.com/ninjahfareye) - Founding member of Bass Driven (Coresteppers). Pumping hot-ass reggae riffs covered in amens. This is jungle in a different stylie.

in the Party Party Room:

*Math Rosen (http://www.mathrosen.com/) - Born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario, Math Rosen has been the man behind some of Canada's most ecclectic electronic music of the past six years. Known for his diverse catalog (Circle the Squares, Thank-You Machines!) and high-energy performances as Liar's Rosebush, Rosen has also made a name for himself with his composition for film, video, and stage.

*Abstract Random feat. Ayo Leilani! http://www.abstractrandom.bandcamp.com/) - "Electro experimental dub hop in face paint and costume behind a projection – an intergenre mixed media two human animal. Plus electronics, we make three."

*Hugsnotdrugs (http://www.soundcloud.com/hugsnotdrugs) - "WE like to make music. WE like to listen to music. WE combined the two and VOILA! WE like to party. WE like to take pictures. WE like to look good doing it. WE like hugs NOT drugs.

*LeFreak (http://www.myspace.com/lefreak9) - a DJ in the Toronto rave scene since 1998. Le Freak has played many high-profile gigs such as WEMF 3 years in a row and a couple Hullabaloo's. She's played alongside an endless group of top-ranking artists and you're about to find out why...

*Infinity Dose ► a/v set (http://www.infinitydose.com/) - Infinity Dose is an ongoing audio/video project utilizing elements of appropriated video & sound. Specific pieces of mass media and pop culture are digitally captured, dissected into their most basic and microscopic temporal forms and rewoven into new cultural artificats. Newer avenues of exploration include the integration of multi-channel videos in immersive performance and installation scenarios.

*TalixZen ► a/v set (http://www.soundclick.com/talixzen) - ...and I quote: "I don't believe that music should have rules. I create music out of any sound and manipulate it in whatever way I feel sounds best. Every song is an experiment and chaos almost always factors into my music somewhere."

Keep an eye out for mixes, promo stuff, video and all things Bass Driven.
